This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless daily workflow while leading people-focused initiatives, including recruitment, employee engagement, and conflict resolution, to maintain a highly productive and satisfied team.
Ideal Skills & Qualifications:
Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, active listening, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and familiarity with HRIS systems like Workday or BambooHR.
Experience: 2–5 years in administrative leadership or HR support roles.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources; certifications like SHRM-CP or CAP are highly valued.
