•     At least Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field    

•     Sound knowledge of Full Cycle Recruiting.     

•       Source potential candidates from various online portals(e.g.Social Media & Job portals)

•       Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar Role.

•       Screen incoming resumes and application forms.

•       Maintain Company Culture.

•      Handle Disciplinary Actions.

•      Provide shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.

•     Recruitment and hiring.

•       Design and update job description
