Job Summary:

The HR Manager will support business goals by leading recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy development, and HR compliance. • Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).

• 1-5 + years of progressive HR experience, including 1+ years in a leadership or managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.

• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
