VESA is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Assistant to support our human resources department in Chennai. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, assist with recruitment, and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Experience: 2 to 3 years in HR administration or recruitment (Required).
Gender: Male candidates preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support: Sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.
Employee Records: Maintaining and updating physical and digital employee records (contracts, leaves, performance reviews).
Attendance & Payroll: Assisting in tracking daily attendance and preparing data for monthly payroll processing.
Office Administration: Handling general office administrative tasks and acting as a point of contact for employee queries.
Compliance: Ensuring company policies are followed and assisting in statutory compliance documentation.
Requirements & Skills
Education: Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
Professionalism: Ability to handle sensitive information with high confidentiality and integrity.
