Job Description

Key Responsibilities of a Personnel Assistant for Shift Management:


Shift Scheduling – Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly shift rosters.


Attendance Tracking – Ensure employees report on time and mark attendance.


Shift Handover – Coordinate smooth transition between shifts, update logs, and share pending tasks.


Workforce Allocation – Assign employees to shifts based on manpower requirements.


Compliance – Ensure labor law compliance (shift hours, weekly offs, overtime).


Communication – Inform employees about shift timings, changes, or replacements.


Issue Resolution – Address absenteeism, shift swaps, or last-minute manpower shortages.


Reporting – Submit daily/weekly reports on shift performance, absenteeism, and overtime.
