  • Make outbound calls to clients and job candidates

  • Coordinate manpower recruitment and deployment

  • Handle candidate sourcing and interview scheduling

  • Maintain recruitment records and HR databases

  • Follow up with clients and candidates

  • Support day-to-day HR and staffing operations
