Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Female professional to manage recruitment activities along with executive coordination and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent follow-up abilities, and the capability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a professional and disciplined work environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding

  • Post and manage job openings on various job portals and hiring platforms

  • Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates

  • Prepare offer letters and maintain employee records and HR documentation

  • Track daily attendance and maintain in-time/out-time records

  • Handle employee queries and provide basic HR support

  • Prepare meeting minutes and maintain organized reports and records

  • Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow and task completion

  • Manage scheduling, reminders, follow-ups, and day-to-day office operations

  • Maintain and update data, reports, and documents using MS Excel and MS Word

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong follow-up and coordination abilities

  • Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and efficiently
