We are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented professional Female to manage recruitment activities along with daily office coordination and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, follow-up, organizational, and multitasking skills, along with the ability to work independently in a disciplined and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and candidate follow-ups
• Post and manage job openings on various job portals and hiring platforms
• Coordinate interviews and maintain smooth communication with candidates and team members
• Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and attendance tracking (in-time/out-time)
• Take meeting notes and maintain proper reports and records
• Ensure timely follow-ups with staff, clients, and internal departments
• Coordinate between different teams for smooth workflow and task management
• Handle administrative and office coordination tasks efficiently
• Manage schedules, reminders, task tracking, and documentation using MS Excel and MS Word
• Address employee queries and provide basic HR support when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Shorthand or efficient note-taking skills will be an added advantage
• Experience with job portals and HR operations is a plus
