We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR professional to manage and oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. The HR role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations of HR functions, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Recruitment & Staffing
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Maintain healthy employee relations and handle grievances effectively.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
Attendance, Payroll & Compliance
Monitor attendance, leaves, and prepare inputs for payroll.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.).
Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions.
Support career development initiatives.
HR Operations
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee records.
Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review.
