The HR Operations Executive will be responsible for end-to-end employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, payroll, statutory compliance, and exit processes. The role involves maintaining accurate employee data and supporting HR audits, which may include travel to various company locations.
Manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit formalities.
Conduct new hire documentation, background verification, and induction programs.
Maintain HR records and ensure timely updates in employee databases.
Process monthly payroll and coordinate with the finance team to ensure accuracy.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, and gratuity.
Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation for audits.
Travel as required for HR audits and compliance checks across locations.
Support employee engagement and communication activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in HR operations or similar roles.
Strong understanding of payroll processes and statutory compliance.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
Willingness to travel for audits or HR-related assignments.
