This role is crucial in maintaining a skilled workforce of plumbers and support staff and fostering a positive and productive work environment.🔑 Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & SelectionManage the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions, including Plumbers, Technicians, Accountants, and Office Staff.Create job postings, screen candidate applications, and conduct interviews.Handle new employee onboarding and complete all necessary documentation and paperwork.2. Employee Relations & AdministrationMaintain and organize up-to-date personnel files and records.Manage employee attendance and leave records.Coordinate with the Accounts team for timely processing of payroll and benefits.Address and resolve employee grievances and concerns fairly and effectively.3. Performance Management & DevelopmentDevelop and implement a performance appraisal process for all staff.Identify and coordinate training programs focusing on skill enhancement and safety for technical staff.Assist in maintaining a positive and productive work culture within the company.4.
