Job Summary
The HR Assistant will support day-to-day HR operations, including employee joining and exit formalities, staff handling, HRMS management, issuance of offer and appointment letters, and occasional site visits to support HR activities.
⦁ Key Responsibilities
1. Handle employee joining formalities, including documentation, verification, and onboarding
2. Manage exit formalities, including resignation processing, clearance, and coordination of final settlements
3. Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS accurately
4. Prepare and release offer letters and appointment letters as per company policies
5. Handle staff coordination and address basic employee HR-related queries
6. Conduct occasional site visits for employee coordination, attendance verification, onboarding support, and HR compliance
7. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth HR operations
8. Maintain employee files, records, and HR documentation
9. Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks

1. Basic understanding of HR processes and procedures
2. Experience in HRMS handling
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong organizational and documentation skills
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality
6. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
⦁ Educational Qualification
Graduate in HR / Business Administration / related field
⦁ Preferred Candidate Profile
1. Prior experience as an HR Assistant / HR Executive is an advantage
2. Willingness to travel for occasional site visits
3. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively
