Assist in recruitment and candidate coordination
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Handle joining formalities and onboarding process
Coordinate with clients and recruitment team
Manage attendance and daily HR reports
Support office administration activities
Handle calls, emails, and candidate inquiries professionally
Qualifications:
Any Graduate / MBA preferred
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel)
Smart, confident, and well-presentable
Good interpersonal and coordination skills
Female candidates preferred
Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
