Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, employee coordination, and administrative tasks. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of HR processes. Preference will be given to Delhi-based candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews

  • Coordinate with candidates and maintain recruitment trackers

  • Support onboarding and joining formalities of new employees/articles

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation

  • Assist in preparation of offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents

  • Coordinate with internal teams for employee-related activities

  • Handle HR operational and administrative tasks as assigned

  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, Management, or related field

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR processes

  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines

  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri

  • Good coordination and follow-up skills

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
