Hire for roles like:
CCTV Engineers
Network Engineers
IT Support Executives
Use platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed for candidate sourcing
Conduct initial HR & basic technical screening
Coordinate interviews with technical team
Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
Support onboarding and documentation process
👨💼 Required Skills
Experience in technical recruitment (IT / Networking / CCTV)
Basic understanding of:
Networking concepts
CCTV systems
IT roles & responsibilities
Good communication & coordination skills
Ability to judge candidate suitability quickly
🎓 Qualification
Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
1–4 years experience in recruitment (Technical hiring preferred)
