Description of Duties:
1. Manpower Planning (Recruitment)
· Formulate Talent Acquisition Strategies to meet business requirement
· Define Policies, structure, system and procedures around Hiring strategy.
· Derive and Design Job description of each job role for effective talent sourcing
· Maintain Repository of JDs for all the Job
· Manage hiring, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, extending and negotiating offers. Communicates with candidates at each step of the recruiting process
· Ensure all the necessary documentations and formalities are taken care
· Ensure meeting timelines and defined Budget in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
2. Induction & Onboarding
· Formulate/ Design and implement effective Induction & Onboarding Plan
· Ensure all the employees go through defined relevant induction training program
· Ensure complete all the formalities related to employee Joining where are the necessary documents are collected & required forms are filled with self-attestation from the new Joinees
· Ensure all the documents are collected, maintenance & update of data in required format
· Ensure maintenance of personnel files with all the necessary documents as per defined list
· Ensure All the new employees are facilitated with necessary resources to perform their job
3. Grievance Handling & Disciplinary Procedures
· Design & Implementation of effective grievance handling mechanism
· Ensure Resolution & redressal of employee Grievance within defined timelines of TAT for all the employees
· Ensure initiation, and closure of disciplinary proceedings, terminations, and investigations involving employees.
4. Separations
· Conduct exit interviews for all employees.
· Maintain record and analysis of Exit interviews for all the left employees
· Derive Talent retention strategies based on Exit interview analysis
· Ensure Full and final settlement preparation for all the employees within defined timelines
5. Time Office & Payroll
· Ensure Attendance Capturing of all employees
· Ensure Leave regularization of all employees
· Ensure Monthly Attendance Processing for all employees
· Ensure Payroll Processing of all employees as per defined due date
