Position: HR Trainee

Probation Period: 6 Months
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
• Fresh graduates or final-year students with a background in Human Resources, Management, or related fields
• Candidates from other streams with a genuine interest in HR are also encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of HR functions and MS Office proficiency

As an HR Trainee, you will be actively involved in end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and record maintenance. This role offers an excellent opportunity to start your HR career with practical exposure and structured mentorship.

• Manage recruitment drives and assist in talent acquisition
• Execute employee engagement and retention activities
• Maintain accurate employee records and oversee payroll coordination
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless HR support

• Stipend: ₹15,000 per month (during probation)
