Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Fresher who has actively participated in college events and possesses a strong interest in recruitment and people management. The ideal candidate should be energetic, people-friendly, and capable of handling bulk hiring and event-driven recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
Support bulk hiring requirements for various roles
Participate in and coordinate campus hiring drives and job fairs
Plan and execute recruitment-related events, walk-ins, and engagement activities
Maintain candidate databases and follow up with applicants
Coordinate with internal teams for manpower requirements
Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with high energy and enthusiasm
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Good organizational and coordination skills
Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment lifecycle
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Fresh graduate (BBA/MBA in HR or related field preferred)
Active participation in college events, fests, or committees
Experience in event management or coordination during college
Exposure to campus hiring activities or placement coordination
Comfortable handling bulk hiring scenarios
Quick learner with a proactive approach
