Key responsibilities
Recruitment and selection:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Source and attract candidates through various channels, such as job boards and social media.
Conduct interviews, screen applicants, and assess skills and experience.
Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, offers, and maintaining candidate databases.
Reporting and administration:
Track recruitment metrics and prepare HR reports.
Administer benefits and compensation programs.
