We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Intern/Assistant to support daily HR operations. This role suits someone who enjoys organization, communication, and learning the full rhythm of HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases
• Support onboarding and documentation processes
• Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, and MIS
• Coordinate with employees regarding attendance, leaves, and general HR queries
• Help with organizing employee engagement activities
• Provide administrative support to the HR team
Skills Required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer knowledge (MS Office, Email drafting, basic HR tools)
• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field
Preferred
• MBA (HR) candidates or those with 6 months HR experience
