RECRUITER – PLACEMENT EXECUTIVE

Location: Work From Home
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 + performance incentives
Reports to: City Lead

ROLE PURPOSE

The Recruiter is responsible for converting sourced candidates into confirmed job placements through screening, interview coordination, and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Screening
Conduct structured candidate interviews
Evaluate candidate suitability for roles
Ensure candidates meet HR requirements before forwarding
Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews with HR
Provide candidates with interview preparation guidance
Follow up to ensure interview attendance
Placement Conversion
Maintain communication with candidates until joining
Manage candidate expectations throughout hiring process
Reduce candidate drop-offs
Performance Targets

MONTHLY TARGETS:

300+ interviews conducted
No-show rate below 10–15%

SKILLS REQUIRED

Strong verbal written communication
Persuasion and closing ability
Organized follow-up process
Ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously
Ideal Candidate Profile
1–3 years recruitment / sales
Comfortable working in target-driven environment
Self-disciplined for WFH structure
