Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Documentation Executive to handle employee documentation, onboarding formalities, and HR record management. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and accurate processing of HR paperwork and data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records and personal files.

  • Handle joining formalities, documentation, and induction process.

  • Prepare and manage HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, etc.).

  • Track attendance, leaves, and maintain employee databases.

  • Coordinate with other departments for HR-related documentation.

  • Support payroll inputs and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

  • Assist in audit and compliance documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
