Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Documentation Executive to handle employee documentation, onboarding formalities, and HR record management. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and accurate processing of HR paperwork and data.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records and personal files.
Handle joining formalities, documentation, and induction process.
Prepare and manage HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, etc.).
Track attendance, leaves, and maintain employee databases.
Coordinate with other departments for HR-related documentation.
Support payroll inputs and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Assist in audit and compliance documentation.
Candidate Requirements:
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
