Job Title: HR Intern
Location: Landmark Cyberpark, Sector 67, Gurugram
Duration: 3 months
Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
· Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
· Support in drafting HR policies, job descriptions, and internal communications
· Assist in onboarding and induction processes for new employees
· Coordinate and support HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities
· Help in compliance and documentation work
· Work closely with the HR team on performance management, feedback mechanisms, and survey analysis
· Contribute to employer branding initiatives and social media HR outreach
Eligibility Criteria:
· Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
· Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
· Enthusiastic to learn and contribute in a fast-paced HR environment
