Job Description

We are looking for a Female HR Assistant who will be responsible for handling recruitment of security guards. The candidate will coordinate with applicants, schedule interviews, and manage the complete joining process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and coordinate with candidates for security guard interviews

  • Schedule and manage interview timings

  • Ensure candidates attend interviews on time

  • Handle bulk hiring for security staff

  • Guide selected candidates through the joining process

  • Collect and verify required documents

  • Maintain records of candidates and joining status

  • Follow up with candidates for interview and joining confirmation

  • Coordinate with internal team for manpower requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum Graduate (12th pass can also apply if experienced)

  • Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)

  • Comfortable with calling and coordinating with candidates

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office

  • Organized and responsible

  • Google Sheets
