The Assistant HR will support the HR department in a variety of tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, documentation, and administrative duties. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of HR best practices, particularly in the context of the fast-paced real estate industry.
Assist in the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding and offboarding process for new hires and departing employees.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and personnel files.
Coordinate and assist with employee engagement activities and training programs.
Handle daily HR administrative tasks including drafting letters, contracts, and memos.
Monitor attendance and leave records; help resolve discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Provide support in performance review cycles and HR audits.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
Help implement and improve HR processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0-1 years of experience in an HR support role, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS is a plus.
