Job Description

The Assistant HR will support the HR department in a variety of tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, documentation, and administrative duties. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of HR best practices, particularly in the context of the fast-paced real estate industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.

  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process for new hires and departing employees.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and personnel files.

  • Coordinate and assist with employee engagement activities and training programs.

  • Handle daily HR administrative tasks including drafting letters, contracts, and memos.

  • Monitor attendance and leave records; help resolve discrepancies.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

  • Provide support in performance review cycles and HR audits.

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.

  • Help implement and improve HR processes to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 0-1 years of experience in an HR support role, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.

  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
