Key responsibilities:
1.Manage daily nanny schedules, attendance, and issue resolution
Ensure training, conduct checks, and quality standards
Handle escalation coming from clients or operations
2. Client Success Executives
Onboard new families, understand requirements, and match caregivers
Maintain client relationships, handle queries, ensure 5-star service
Collect feedback, push renewals, and support upsells/cross-sells
3. Social Media Lead-Gen Executive
Create and post content
Run DM funnels, respond to inquiries, and convert leads to calls
Track metrics weekly (reach, CTR, inquiries, conversion to calls)
4. Hospital Outreach Executive
Visit hospitals, nursing homes, and maternity centers regularly
Build relationships with doctors, nurses, and administrators
Collect referrals, place posters/leaflets, and generate partnership leads
