Job Title: HR ExecutiveReporting To: Head – Human ResourcesJob Summary:The HR Executive will support the HR Head in managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and administrative functions. The role ensures smooth HR processes and effective coordination between employees and management.Key Roles & Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & OnboardingCoordinate end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer processing.Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.2. HR Operations & AdministrationMaintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.Prepare HR letters: offer, appointment, confirmation, appraisal, warning, and exit letters.Manage attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.Support payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts/payroll team.3. Employee Engagement & RelationsAct as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, and events.Help maintain a positive and healthy work culture.4. Performance Management SupportAssist in performance appraisal cycles.Track KRA/KPI data and maintain performance records.Support HR Head in PMS implementation.5. Statutory Compliance & PoliciesEnsure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.Maintain records related to PF, ESIC, gratuity, labor compliance, and audits.Support policy implementation and documentation.6. Exit ManagementCoordinate full & final settlement.Conduct exit interviews and maintain records.Handle relieving and experience letters.Skills & Competencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsGood knowledge of HR processes and labor lawsProficient in MS Excel, Word, and HRMSGood coordination and follow-up skillsConfidentiality and integrityQualification & Experience:MBA / PGDM in HR / MSW / Equivalent1–4 years of experience in HR operations / generalist role
