The selected candidates will be trained and involved in Recruitment, Supervision, and Manpower Management activities across various client locations. This role is ideal for individuals who want to build a career in HR operations, manpower management, and field operations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct recruitment and selection of candidates for various projects and client requirements.
Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews, joining formalities, and documentation.
Manage and supervise workforce deployment at different locations.
Handle attendance, reporting, and basic HR operations for deployed manpower.
Coordinate with company management and client representatives for manpower requirements.
Ensure discipline, productivity, and smooth workforce operations at the site.
Assist in training and onboarding of newly recruited candidates.
Maintain proper records and reports related to manpower and recruitment activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
Skills: Good communication, leadership ability, basic computer knowledge

Other Requirements: Must be willing to travel and work Pan India
