Job Responsibilities Shift Timings: 2nd Shift- IST Hours Role Summary- Looking for an HR Analytics Analyst who can transform workforce data into clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations for leadership and business discussions. Key Responsibilities Analyze HR metrics (headcount, attrition, hiring, etc.) Create executive-ready PPT decks for leadership and business reviews Convert data into clear visuals, insights, and storyline-driven slides Apply data storytelling to: Structure narratives (problem → insight → recommendation) Highlight key trends, risks, and business impact Simplify complex data into clear, actionable messages Build and maintain standard templates and reporting decks Partner with HR, TA, Finance to deliver actionable insights Ensure data accuracy and consistency, Support ad hoc analysis and reporting needs Required Skills 2–5 years in HR/Workforce Analytics or Reporting Strong understanding of HR metrics Advanced PowerPoint skills (must-have) Strong data storytelling & visualization skills (PPT-focused) Proficiency in Excel Strong analytical and communication skills Preferred Experience with Workday/HR systems Experience supporting leadership decks / executive presentations Knowledge of presentation design & storytelling best practices Get to know Syneos Health Over the past 5 years, we have worked with 94% of all Novel FDA Approved Drugs, 95% of EMA Authorized Products and over 200 Studies across 73,000 Sites and 675,000+ Trial patients.
