We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Payroll Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, analyzing payroll data, and supporting HR and finance teams with accurate reporting and insights.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage end-to-end payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and tax regulations.
Analyze payroll data and prepare reports for management, HR, and finance departments.
Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee data in HRIS systems.
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries promptly.
Support internal and external audits related to payroll.
Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of payroll or HR operations experience (prior HR Payroll Analyst experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, labor laws, and tax compliance.
Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP) and MS Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
