VIWIL Electricals Private Limited invites applications from eligible and experienced candidates for the position of HR / Admin Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and statutory HR compliances in accordance with applicable labour laws and organizational policies.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
Draft, update, and maintain job descriptions in line with organizational requirements.
Advertise job openings on job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and generate monthly salary/payroll.
Prepare and process monthly payroll ensuring statutory deductions and compliance.
Manage monthly statutory compliances including ESIC and EPF.
Generate, update, and maintain online challans for ESIC & EPF contributions.
Generate, update, and maintain records on the Shramik Kalyan Portal (Indian Railways) for VIWIL Electricals Pvt. Ltd.
Handle compliance-related activities on the Shram Suvidha Portal.
Conduct background verification and maintain employee records.
Coordinate with department heads to assess current and future manpower requirements.
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR/Admin functions.
Sound knowledge of recruitment processes, resume databases, and sourcing techniques.
Hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory compliances (ESIC, EPF).
Proficiency in MS Office and online compliance portals.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High level of discretion, integrity, and sound judgment.
Willingness to work six (6) days a week.
In-hand salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (commensurate with experience and skills).
