Job Description:
Manage day-to-day office administrative activities
Handle office supplies, inventory, and vendor management
Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities
Maintain records, files, and documentation (physical and digital)
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Support HR in onboarding, attendance, and employee records
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Ensure office cleanliness and proper functioning of utilities
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
Manage courier, dispatch, and logistics activities
Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and possess a valid driving license for office-related travel
