We are looking for a HR/Admin to join our team Trimurti Fragrance Pvt Ltd to manage the full-cycle recruitment process and admin work for the organization. The position offers an in-hand salary of 15000-25000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain and update physical and digital employee records
· Input and manage data in HRMS
· Assist in the recruitment process—posting job ads, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters
· Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
· Compile HR reports for audits, headcount tracking, and compliance
· Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
· Monitor attendance, leaves, and assist in payroll preparation
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
· 0–2 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role
