The Executive, HR & Admin is responsible for supporting daily human resources and administrative operations. This role combines various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll assistance, attendance management, employee engagement, and daily administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Duties:
- Assist with the full recruitment process, including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Support onboarding and induction for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Monitor attendance and leave records, and help with payroll processing.
- Address employee queries about HR policies and benefits.
- Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Support performance appraisals and training processes.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely procurement.
- Work with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and services.
- Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and guests.
- Keep the office environment clean and organized.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and other administrative tasks.
