SocietyMitra is looking for an energetic and responsible Society Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of residential housing societies. The role involves ensuring smooth functioning of facility management, coordinating with staff/vendors, maintaining records, handling resident queries, and supporting the managing committee in compliance and administration. Candidates with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills will excel in this role.
Monitor housekeeping, security, gardening, and technical staff.
Ensure timely execution of routine tasks such as cleaning, waste management, and maintenance of common amenities.
Track preventive and breakdown maintenance activities for lifts, fire systems, pumps, STP/WTP, CCTV, and other society assets.
Supervise attendance, discipline, and performance of deployed manpower.
Coordinate with vendors for AMCs, repairs, and service calls.
Verify job completion and maintain service records.
Address member complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Facilitate communication between residents and the managing committee.
Maintain a courteous and service-oriented approach at all times.
Maintain registers, service logs, checklists, and digital records.
Support billing, collection follow-ups, and documentation for notices, circulars, and reports.
Assist in audit-related data compilation and statutory compliance processes.
Provide operational updates to the society committee.
Help in organizing meetings, vendor evaluations, and facility reviews.
Ensure adherence to society rules, safety guidelines, and compliance procedures.
Graduate in any stream.
Experience: 0–6 years (facility management / admin / operations preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication and people-management skills.
Basic understanding of MS Office / digital tools.
Ability to multitask, manage staff, and handle on-ground situations.
Role covering Pashan, Baner, and Balewadi societies.
