Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to support our human resources and administrative operations. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment coordination, employee record management, office administration, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.

  • Assist in employee onboarding and exit formalities.

  • Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing and leave records.

  • Handle employee engagement activities and HR communications.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Manage office administration and vendor coordination.

  • Maintain office supplies and handle procurement of office materials.

  • Coordinate facility management and housekeeping staff.

  • Manage travel arrangements, meetings, and office events.

  • Ensure proper documentation and filing systems for administrative records.

Required Skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws (basic)

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
