Job Description

An EA (Executive Assistant) cum HR (Human Resources) Administrator typically handles both administrative duties for senior management and HR functions for the organization. This role often involves managing schedules, coordinating travel, handling correspondence, and providing general administrative support, as well as supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining HR records.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:

    Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and preparing documents. 

  • Communication:

    Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications, and preparing reports. 

  • Office Management:

    Overseeing general office operations, managing supplies, and coordinating with vendors. 

  • Support to Senior Management:

    Providing support to executives and senior management on various tasks and projects. 

HR Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:

    Assisting with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires. 

  • Employee Relations:

    Addressing employee queries, handling basic employee relations issues, and maintaining employee records. 

  • HR Policy & Compliance:

    Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. 

  • Payroll & Benefits:

    Assisting with payroll processing, maintaining attendance records, and supporting benefits administration.
