Job Description

Handle ACT Fibernet and Railwire recharges as per due dates. Purhcase groceries, cleaning items, and sanitizer for Hiacc 1 & 2  and also Beyboun as per the request purhcase of stationery items for Hiacc 1 & 2 and also Beyboun whenever required Arrange meetings at Hiacc or hotels as required. Maintain a monthly document reminder Excel for Hiacc/ Cascade/ Beyboun Maintain a monthly T-shirt quantity and Handover list for Hiacc. Coordinate diesel refilling and maintenance activities with vendors for DG @Hiacc 1 Ensure timely renewal of documents/Software,License or certificate as per their renewal dates and the data to be updated every month Procurement of New asset purchase related to ADMIN Department Maintain asset details for Hiacc and create assest code for newly added asset Handle workers' compensation and individual accident policies for staff as requested Manage marine insurance requests for project requirements. Arrange maintenance activities for office and factory equipment, including PCs, laptops, printers, ACs, furniture, plumbing, and electrical work. For New Staff Joining any HIACC & BEYBOUN? The Temprory ID card to be provided for CSD engineers and later the permanent card and for others the permanent ID card need to be processed as per process with the approval of HOD's  Plan to collect the Photos from Confirmation staff for ID and share the details to Mr.Murali for Design ID Card details need to be checked after design and sent it for Printing to ALM Cards Service related Books, Voucher, Visting card shoukld order as per the quantity to Olive Tree Update Hiacc Udyam Certificate frequently Distribute safety shoes and T-shirts to all staff as requested. Handle requests for compass refills as needed. Arrange birthday celebrations for staff at Hiacc 1 and post wishes in group for Collleagues Birthday and Wedding Anniversary Responsible for drafting, reviewing and Finalazing Legal documents of company as per the request Arrange Cab/Gifts/Lunch to customers as requested Purchase and maintain first aid kits at Hiacc 1 & 2 and Beyboun based on usage and expiry dates.  Initiate EB payments as per details received from Pugazh sir (Hiacc 1 & 2) before the due date (occurs bi-monthly). Intiate Beyboun Eb Monthly through Pugazh sir HDFC Credit Card on or before 15th of every month Check Milk & Flower Exp for Every Month @Hiacc 1 Plan for Monthly System Data Backup for PC & Laptop Cascade - (HOD) - Gmail Rental Charges Coordinate the opening and closing of the office. Admin /Accounts related documents works at out of office Gift purchase for customers at out of office
