Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR-related documentation
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in posting job advertisements and coordinating interviews
Support onboarding processes including induction, documentation, and orientation
Liaise with hiring managers to ensure smooth candidate experience
HR Operations
Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs
Support performance appraisal cycles and training initiatives
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits
Compliance & Policy
Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational policies
Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures
Coordinate statutory filings and audits as required
Reporting & Analytics
Generate HR reports (attrition, headcount, leave, etc.)
Provide insights to management for decision-making
