We are looking for a responsible HR & Accounts Executive who can independently manage day-to-day accounting as well as HR and office administration activities.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts
Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping, sales, purchase, expense and payment entries.
Manage invoices, bills, petty cash and expense records.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain proper accounting documentation.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable records and follow up on outstanding payments.
Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements and coordinate with the CA when required.
Prepare basic MIS, expense, payment and monthly accounting reports.
HR & Payroll
Manage employee attendance, leaves, salary calculations and monthly payroll.
Maintain employee records, documents and HR files.
Handle recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and joining formalities.
Manage onboarding, offer/appointment letters and employee exit formalities.
Maintain payroll, incentives, deductions and employee-related records.
Assist with basic HR policies, employee queries and performance/attendance tracking.
Office Administration
Maintain important company documents and records.
Coordinate with employees, vendors and service providers as required.
Assist management with routine administrative and operational work.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate, preferably in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, HR or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in accounts, payroll and HR/administration.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and day-to-day bookkeeping.
Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
Comfortable with Excel and accounting software such as Tally/ERP systems.
Experience handling payroll, attendance and employee records.
Basic recruitment and candidate sourcing experience.
Good communication, organization and follow-up skills.
Should be comfortable independently handling multiple responsibilities in a small/medium-sized office.
