We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an HR & Front Desk Executive. This dual-role position is ideal for a fresher who is eager to start their career by gaining hands-on experience in both Human Resources and Front Office Management.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.
Handle courier, dispatch, and front-office supplies.
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
HR Support
Assist in employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support HR team in recruitment activities (scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates).
Assist in attendance management and leave tracking.
Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude, presentable personality, and willingness to learn.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
