Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter / HR Recruiter who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding support.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal database
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth communication
Share shortlisted profiles with the hiring team
Assist in offer letter generation and joining formalities
Maintain candidate database, ATS, and recruitment trackers
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Ensure a positive candidate experience

Requirements:
Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
0–3 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers can also apply)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of job portals & LinkedIn sourcing
Ability to handle multiple requirements
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment process
