Job Description

The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing human resources activities along with general administrative functions. The role includes recruitment, employee lifecycle management, office administration, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Human Resource Functions:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)

  • Maintain employee records and documentation

  • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination

  • Handle employee grievances and support engagement activities

  • Assist in performance management and appraisal processes

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

2. Administrative Functions:

  • Manage office operations and ensure smooth functioning

  • Handle vendor coordination (housekeeping, internet, stationery, etc.)

  • Maintain office assets and inventory (IT equipment, furniture, etc.)

  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for employees

  • Manage office maintenance and facility-related issues

3. Documentation & Compliance:

  • Maintain HR policies and update records regularly

  • Prepare reports (attendance, hiring status, asset reports, etc.)

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements


Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

  • Ability to handle confidential information
