💰 *Salary:* ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

🔎 *Role Overview:*

We are looking for a dedicated *Compliance Executive* to manage staff compliance, documentation, and onboarding processes, ensuring all regulatory and quality standards are met.


📌 *Key Responsibilities:*

• Maintain staff documents (DBS, RTW, training, references)

• Track expiry & ensure timely renewals

• Handle onboarding & compliance checks for new staff

• Coordinate training and send updates on time

• Share staff compliance details with clients

• Monitor pending compliance items and report daily


✅ *Requirements:*

• 2–4 years experience in HR/Compliance/Recruitment

• Strong documentation & coordination skills

• Good communication skills

• *Malayalam is mandatory*
