We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources department. The HR Coordinator will assist with recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and other HR-related activities to ensure smooth functioning of daily HR processes.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, performance, personal data) in HR systems.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth joining and exit formalities.
Support in drafting HR policies, job descriptions, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
Handle employee engagement activities, events, and grievance redressal in collaboration with HR team.
Assist in payroll coordination by providing attendance and leave data.
Maintain compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Coordinate performance review processes and training sessions.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
6 months to 1 year of experience in HR coordination or related HR role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software is an added advantage.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
