The HR & Admin Manager will lead and manage all human resources and administrative functions at Medify Health Solutions. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations in HR, compliance, facilities, and office administration and Payroll Related. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, people-centric, and capable of wearing multiple hats in a growing health-tech environment.
Human Resources
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with business goals
Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer letters, onboarding
Administer performance management systems (appraisals, feedback, goal setting)
Handle compensation & benefits administration (salary structuring, incentives, reimbursements, leave policies)
Maintain employee records, HRIS / HRMS database updates, and ensure data accuracy
Employee relations: resolve queries, grievances, conflicts; counsel employees when needed
Plan and execute training & development programs, learning initiatives, and team-building activities
Coordinate exit / offboarding process, conduct exit interviews, and capture learnings
Oversee general office management: infrastructure, maintenance, procurement of supplies, vendor management
Manage facilities — office space, utilities, security, housekeeping, and safety
Control budgets for admin and facilities, monitor expenses, approve invoices
Oversee travel, lodging, and transport arrangements for staff and visitors
Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and emergency protocols
Manage reception, front desk, and support staff functions
Ensure smooth coordination of internal events, meetings, and corporate activities
