We are looking for a HR/Admin to join our team at KR Mangalam Admin office to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The HR Executive Operations will handle Daily HR work and ensure that all HR processes run smoothly. The role mainly focuses on employee records, attendance, joining & exit formalities, and HR documentation. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹23,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Records & Documentation
• Maintain employee files and records (joining forms, ID proof, documents)
• Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters and exit letters
• Update employee data in HRMS / Excel
• Ensure all HR documents are accurate and properly filed
2. Joining & Exit Process
• Manage employee on-boarding documentation, coordination, and system entry
• Handle resignation and exit formalities including clearances and final settlement support
• Maintain exit records and handover documentation
3. HR Operations Support
• Support day-to-day HR activities and internal coordination
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
• Assist in disciplinary documentation when required
4. HR Reports & MIS
• Prepare simple HR reports (attendance, leave, headcount, attrition)
• Maintain trackers using Excel
• Share regular updates with HR Manager

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 6+ years of Experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
