We are looking for Senior Executive in Administration for Hyderabad location.
1. Office & Facility Management
– Oversee day-to-day office operations — maintaining a professional, safe, and productive environment
– Supervise housekeeping, repairs, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance
– Manage seating plans, storage, and general asset management
2. Vendor & Procurement Management
– Identify, negotiate, and onboard vendors for supplies, pantry, security, and maintenance
– Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and enforce SLA compliance
– Process vendor invoices in coordination with the Finance team for timely payments
3. HR Support & Onboarding
– Partner with HR to deliver a high-quality new joiner experience
– Source, stock, and distribute branded welcome kits and equipment to new hires
– Manage workstation readiness — IT coordination and ID card issuance
4. Travel & Reimbursements
– Coordinate end-to-end travel bookings — Air, Train, Hotel — and visa processing
– Audit and verify travel reimbursement and local conveyance claims before final approval
5. Compliance & Events
– Maintain admin trackers, inventory logs, and office expense reports
– Ensure health, safety, and fire regulation compliance on premises
– Organise town halls, corporate events, and festive celebrations
