We are seeking a Junior HR Executive to assist in day-to-day HR operations and support the HR department in various administrative and employee-related tasks.
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job ads, shortlisting resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
Assist in employee engagement activities and HR events.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management.
Coordinate with employees for queries related to HR policies, benefits, and leave.
Basic understanding of HR functions including recruitment.
Good communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
Candidates with 6 months –1 year of HR experience can apply.
Should be ready to handle multiple HR tasks efficiently.
Immediate joiners preferred.
