The ideal candidate will assist with financial record-keeping, reporting, and accounting tasks as well as HR functions such as recruitment support, payroll processing, and compliance with employment policies.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Responsibilities
Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.
Assist with accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and month-end closing.
Prepare basic financial reports and support budgeting activities.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
HR Responsibilities
Support recruitment activities (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain employee records.
Support payroll administration and benefits coordination.
Help ensure compliance with local labour laws, HR policies, and documentation.
